Aga MK4 30Amp Controller
This controller is mounted within the Aga body. Provided that the internal electronic assemblies are in reasonable shape the unit can be refurbished in our workshop. During refurbishment we change any faulty parts and also fix any operational faults. For the refurbishment to be viable the internal printed circuit board assemblies have to be in reasonable condition without any significant mechanical damage or burning. Prior to return of your repaired controller we fully test the operation performance of the Aga control circuits and record these on a test document. The Mk4 Controller uses electromechanical relays to control the core and there are two types of relay board. The board with the orange relays (image below) was replaced in later units by the board with the black relays. The board using black relays cannot be used as a direct replacement for a board with orange relays. However RadTronix can modify your controller so that you can use a relay board with black relays when repair of the board with orange relays is no longer viable.
